The FLCIDB is the primary point of contact for the 520-acre Bullington and Fayetteville-Lincoln County Industrial Parks, currently under development. The site is slated to offer state-of-the-art amenities and infrastructure including frontage on four-lane US Highway 64, fiber optic cable, custom electrical configurations, natural gas lines, 8-inch water and sewer pipes and full ingress/egress. Tenants of the Bullington Park include Franke, C&S Plastics, Gregory Manufacturing and the Technology Center at Motlow State Community College. We built this 330'x180' building in 2013 to provide industry looking at our community an option to quickly locate in Fayetteville. The building is 62,100 sq. ft. and can be expanded to over 90,000 sq. ft. There are four dock doors with two having levelers. The column spacing is 30' with a single row down the center of the facilty. The building has a sprinkler system, fiber, gas, water and sewer.
